Hollywood Laser Peel®

The ultimate skin glow-up

Hollywood Laser Peel Star

The Hollywood Laser Peel® is one of the world’s leading skin tightening and rejuvenation treatments, offering immediate results and zero downtime.

It’s said to have got its name from the many A-listers who use the Hollywood Laser Peel® before a big event, such as a film premiere or red-carpet awards show. Kim Kardashian uses the Hollywood Laser Peel® (she even shared a video of her treatment on social media), and Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston are also reported to be fans of the treatment.

The benefits from the Hollywood Laser Peel® are that it is fast and effective, exfoliating the skin, reducing pigmentation and sun damage, helping with the stimulation of collagen reproduction, and improving overall skin tone and texture – and all in just under 20 minutes with minimal to no downtime.

How does it work?

It is a fast and easy experience to get your skin looking camera ready. There are three simple steps taken in this experience:

  1. Spectra lotion applied
  2. Gentle heating of the lotion on your outer skin
  3. Laser exfoliation of your outer epidermal layer to reveal a brighter complexion.

Oh, and you don’t have to be a celebrity to enjoy a Hollywood Laser Peel® – this comfortable, impressively effective treatment is very popular amongst us mere mortals for a more youthful appearance and smoother, clearer, more glowing skin.

Hollywood Spectra: The Official Laser for the Hollywood Peel®

Only the Hollywood Spectra laser by Lutronic can perform the Hollywood Laser Peel®.

Hollywood Spectra is a versatile laser platform designed to gently deliver specialised ‘billionth of a second’ laser energy to reduce visible skin pigmentation. It not only brightens uneven skin tone and texture but it also helps to reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. The laser energy is adjusted to your skin type and condition so that it can be precisely targeted to address your aesthetic concerns.

In addition to offering the famous Hollywood Laser Peel®, the Hollywood Spectra laser can also help remove unwanted tattoos, reduce unwanted pigmentation, melasma, age spots, moles and spider veins, improve the appearance of scars and brighten your overall complexion from a technique called Laser Toning. Laser Toning is often used to help reduce unwanted pigment (or melanin) in your skin while simultaneously stimulating new dermal collagen growth through gentle heating.

FAQs

How many treatments will I need?

Treating unwanted pigment and stimulating collagen within your skin is a gradual process that requires multiple sessions to produce effective results. The number of sessions required depends on the type and severity of your aesthetic concern. The Hollywood Laser Peel® may only require 1-3 treatments and melasma management may require 6 or more.

Is there any downtime?

With virtually little to no downtime, you may immediately return to your daily activities. Some treatments may create a minor erythema that could last 1-3 hours.

Does the treatment hurt?

Most patients report very little discomfort. They describe the treatment sensation as a warm prickly feeling with a rapid snapping sound while the laser delivers energy to the skin. Typically, no anaesthesia or topical is needed.

What can I do to maximise my results?

Wearing a good UV protection and staying out of direct sunlight will help protect your revitalised skin and prevent further sun damage. Taking these steps can enhance and preserve your results. This is especially important after treating melasma and other unwanted pigment on your skin.
